Product builder. Deep generalist. Lived in six countries and ready to bring global perspectives to the table.

About

I’m a product builder who loves nothing more than taking abstract ideas and transforming them into investable, scalable businesses. While I’ve recently been deep in B2B SaaS and AI with a focus on mobility and aviation, I’m industry-agnostic and am energised by any new, complex problem that has the potential to generate value and impact for both humans and corporations. I’m a deep generalist who is fully comfortable navigating ambiguity, whether in building software, teams, or human relationships.

I deeply believe that the generation of success and value is only possible through fostering a common understanding between builder and end-user. I have lived in 6 countries across 3 continents which has enabled me to view matters from a global perspective, while my time at Stanford University further allowed me to view issues from a cross-disciplinary point-of-view.

As an aside, music and photography function as my core creative outlets. Music-related fun fact: I almost enrolled at a music conservatory instead of going the traditional university route. A fusion of classical music, jazz, and deep house constitute the soundtrack to my life.

Life-to-date

Born in Singapore, elementary schooling in Jakarta (Indonesia) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), continuing with middle school in San Francisco.

Moved back to Singapore for high school on scholarship and received my International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma.

Took a 2-year (forced) break to serve in the Singapore Armed Forces…

Then moved to Berlin (Germany) at two different points and spent a solid chunk of time in Doha (Qatar).

Ended up in the Bay Area for Stanford University and spent some time in Berlin (again) at the Humboldt-Universität.

Moved to Los Angeles for Consulting and Product gigs before moving back to San Francisco (again) for a Product role and to help launch a new office and team.

On the side I write, photograph, and make music.
